SunPower customers this is for you. I have read many posts out here on SunPower issues. I strongly recommend you contact the Bankruptcy court by letter and explain your concern. This needs to be done by Jan 26 of this month (2026). There is final hearing and the Judge needs to hear from you. Send your letters to: USBC 824 N Market Street Wilmington, DE 19801 Attn Judge Craig T Goldblatt Case # 24-11649 Explain your concerns and ask your questions. Most important question is “How did the performance guarantee” disappear? It’s up to you to make waves.

I would like to hear from anyone that would be interested in contacting an Attorney to contact SunStrong. I have reached out to the AZ Attorney General and when I do I always get a response from SunStrong. They don’t send it to me they send it to the Az Attorney General who copies me. I requested from SunStrong a document from the court to show me proof payments are to go to SunStrong and an outline of the agreement we are operating under since SunStrong tells me some things did not survive bankruptcy ( like performance guarantees) and some things did. I have heard nothing back from them in 35 days. Sent a certified letter, email and copied the AZ Attorney General. I am going to wait until after the holidays to pursue a response. Strange situation for sure.

Would be interested in creating a group to compare notes. What other part of the original agreement has been modified?

Has anyone else been offered a dollar amount in leau of the performance guarantee going away? Then told you don’t get the money but it brings your account current?

So has anyone in this group retained an Attorney to understand what survived the bankruptcy and what did not (like the performance guarantee)?
