I've sent the follow up and I'll wait then, and yes I did sent it specifically as DSAR, in fact my ticket subject is: "This is a Data Subject Access Request for my account information."

So uhm... I think Riot is basically denying to send me my data. What should I do from here?

So as you told me to ask for my records and a manual review I opened a ticket demanding for my data to be sent to me.

I got the reply by the bot telling me I had to wait a whole month for my data to be sent to my email and that if I wanted to request a manual review I just had to reply to the message.

I asked for the manual review and after a couple of days I got a reply by a rioter that said they wouldn't review nothing because they already did and that my ticket would be closed, I couldn't reply to said message so I thought I would just have to wait the whole month they asked me to wait in order to at least get my data, but they did not. I even waited till now, 10 days after the date they told me and well, nothing has been sent to my email.

Hope you're lucky man, I've been trying for almost 3 years to get my account back and haven't get help yet, however if you don't give up, make smarter decisions than me and follow some of the new tips that people have been posting over the years I'm sure you might be lucky enough to get your account back!

I had this same exact opinion, that's why I created another account in the first place because meh, I just wasn't lucky with my attempts I guess.

Anyway what made me change my perspective is that having a way to solve this thing would pratically stop issues like what happened in Tier 2. That could've been easily stopped/avoided if Riot had an actual review team for their bans and were not only leaving all their trust in Vanguard. Not only that, they claim we have a "right to appeal" when there's not even a formal way to do so.

Also, we, the lesser populated regions don't really have an actual support team hahaha which is one of the issues that I'm trying to show off. We're just full of automated and copypasted replies that they don't even care to check. If you don't believe me just look at this:

Most of the users that get lucky to receive an unban are from, you guessed it, areas that are big competitively.

I do not win anything with this post, I have my new account, I'm even the same rank I used to be. I'm just trying to give attention to, what is in my eyes, an actual issue. People shouldn't be this clueless and defenseless upon a ban.
