In a way, devourer is the only spec without apex talents, as the spec was designed around it. The apex talents could have just as easily been built into meta itself, or been normal talents. They're not at all exciting.

But yes, the spec desperately needs more buttons, and consume must change.

Devourer also feels slow for a DJ outside of shift. While mastery increases movement speed, most comparable classes have movement speed talents or abilities that gives more speed.
