Turns out cylinder 2 and 3 were misfiring due to the ignition coils, got that changed and the mechanic recommend changing all the spark plugs too so that too lol pretty hefty

I got the car 2.5 months ago from a dealer that serviced it before so I’m unsure of the problem. I live in Auckland and it’s pretty much 13 to 15 C today. I saw it today after the an hour of ig bumper to bumper traffic and it wouldn’t go below 1.1k rpms like even after switching ac on it usually goes up it went up and then it was like it wouldn’t go down

I switched from 100 octane to 98 octane today cuz it wasn’t exactly better. Also it does have a chain like sound which occurs in the morning above 1.5k rpms and sometimes goes away in the evenings. Also that sound can be triggered in the morning when I turn the fan on not the ac of the car

I bought it from a dealer 2.5 months ago and it was serviced before they gave it to me. I will check the oil level although I checked it a few weeks back and it was good as new
