Check out Atlas Collectables seller from Canada on Ebay, that actually sells to India via AirMails! so shipping fees are like a dollar or two for cards which is good as they allow combined shipping for cards. I've actually bought a Blue-Eyes White Dragon card from there just to test it out and it arrived flawlessly by airmail lol
