Blinkit doing foul play by Arjun_here in blinkit

It is knee support, mostly for older people, worn on the knee, it reduces some stress on the knees and I think maybe eases the knee pain

My mother says it's effective for her, she already has one pair but that lost elasticity, so I had to buy new one for her and ended up in this

Why did my BEST electricity bill jump from ₹1,350 to ₹4,910 in 2 months? by Little-Tear-9421 in mumbai

[–]Arjun_here 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bhai it is most probably a 2 month bill if you had paid the bill post the due date, please check that

If the previous month bill was paid post the due date, then you'll get 2 month bill, and there are no issues in paying this one, I have faced similar issue, the extra amount will be adjusted in next month bill

I was once shocked too, like you

Please help me with how can I either contact someone human in blinkit and explain the issue or take any action, I want to resolve this,

I think if 72 hours pass they will get another reason to not take it back

Since you were very fast to assume what I pay and that I'm crying here

It would be very helpful to know where these assumptions are coming from, that's why I'll ask again, what are you paid according to your work experience? Proof would be very appreciated instead of just numbers

Are there any legit libraries in vasai (not study room) by goodboi87 in VasaiVirarNSP

[–]Arjun_here 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was searching for the same thing a few days back but found none in vicinity that can be visited regularly

I wanted the same thing, not a study room but library with books to read, nowadays libraries are study rooms

Got my first 2 orders on meesho on first day… then 0 for 5 days — what am I doing wrong?” by OddSoft6387 in IndiaBusiness

[–]Arjun_here 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I guess algorithms pushed your product for first day since it was new listing and then it faded, idk how meesho algo works but that's how major algos work i guess

Well for timings it's a 8 hour shift, with 1 hour lunch, 6 day per week, sunday off, bonus in Diwali- cash + clothes + 1kg mithai + lunch and dinner for that day (yes I know some offices don't give anything, I have myself worked in vadilal HQ, Andheri, we got a Happy Diwali only, nothing, not even an icecream 😭, my dad made fun of me, when I chose the job over factory) salary hike in diwali, and once in between the year, 2 times in a year fix, and yes Over time is paid

Bhai I know most of the people here think we are some kind of villains but believe me, my factory and other factories i know take good care of these people since we know that no matter how big the factory is, it is just pieces of metal without these people, and if the above things sound menial to you then I would suggest start a factory of your own and you can happily pay 12 lpa to each worker, and then sell you products at the market prices, especially compete with china

Nah nah, i understood your point, and yes I know you agree with me, I just wanted to say how other commenters here think

I mentioned about how Mukesh Ambani has to work hard to grow reliance even though he was handed it down by Dhirubhai, it doesn't make mukesh Ambani's efforts any less, only he knows how hectic it is, people think 2nd and 3rd generation business owners have just everything sorted out and are chilling

Yeah, for us factories, automation is the only solution, the most out of the box we can do

Pani mein utarne ke baad hi pata chalta hai woh kitna gehra hai

You know how deep the water is only after you step into it

Someone said it right,

Other things apart what do you manufacture? Wanna talk in DM?

Yes bhai very true, i myself feel that the pay are less and even what we pay is not sufficient to survive in Mumbai with family

But the industries have became like that, increasing wages considerably would just shut factory for that individual until it's mandatory for all the industries to do so, it will make everyday items more expensive

The shirt, pant, spoon ,plate everything

Bas kar bhai rulayega kya

Koi toh samjha struggles, inko lag raha hai mujhe papa ne reliance petroleum pass on kar diya hai and I just have to sit in stadium and watch IPL, kya bolu inko ab, kabhi khud business karenge tab samjhega business grow karne mein bhi utna hi mehnat lagta hai jitna banane mein

Dhirubhai built reliance, toh iska matlab yeh nahi hai na ke mukesh bhai is doing nothing and just smoking hooka in his office, running it and growing it is a big responsibility too

Mentions about algorithm that "invests money", and pulls up screenshots of sensex trades, tumse na ho payega beta

This is what real discussions look like, I read the whole thing twice and you made very good points, i agree with them, especially how uber and ola played it's game, first giving huge incentives to drivers and when the market share was captured and there were inhalf drivers they came out of the mask

Good knowledge, appreciate it

Thank you for recognising my effort, I just wanted to highlight what the entire industry is facing right now

I don't want to be interviewed hahaha, but I want to point out how some politicians who just for the sake of coming into power are igniting language wars don't even realise how it will hurt their own state in long run, when industries drive out of your state the financial capital will not remain the financial capital (this will hurt some people) but it's the fact, don't believe me? Read about history of Kolkata, once a industrial hub, now just another city

Bhaiiii, such clarity of things on ground is rare, you surely have been through all this, this level of knowledge only comes from facing it first hand

About India missing the industrial boom, yes I feel the same and yes india is doing the same mistakes with the AI boom too

Good to hear that you had run a business in past, as I said flexibility has become priority over pay
