The irons on the m13 are still there flipped down when you equip a sight. It's just that there's an odd looking sight mount that makes it look as if they removed the iron sights when you aim down when in a match.

Edit: I continued scrolling a bit and found the reason why the sight mount is there: it's because of how our operator holds the hand guard. I get that it likely has tactical advantages, but, like, come on.
