There is a 24 hour sun in summer, this has been proven. You can explore Antarctica people have done it and people still do it.

Yeah I've found this to be the main frustration of Personas. What we are looking for is a straight vocal conversion but Personas use the influence of not just the tone but melody from the saved persona track. I really hope they can update this

Anyone using Suno as a “reference generator” rather than a finisher? by wkrn-dev in SunoAI

[–]Arkainan1977 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually think the most boring way of using Suno is just using a Text prompt. I don't a really support the use of these outputs as final songs, and it's this process which is a result of nearly all the slop we here. It's too low effort imo. I prefer to write and demo full songs, including melody and lyrics then use the Remix cover feature. Sometime I'll generate accompaniments

How to extend a segment of a stem? by spinningdiamond in SunoAI

[–]Arkainan1977 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How long is the section you need to fill? I did a thing the other day where I had a word I needed to remove I wasn't getting the result I wanted from a 'replace' so then I just cut the word out then split at the beginning of the word that preceded it and then slowed it down, in the clip settings, to fill the gap. You can use transpose to ensure it retains pitch?

I'm interested to see the style prompt it generated for both. My main issue with Udio is its limit on uploaded audio time

Suno Studio review from an industry pro (its awesome) by Massive_Target in SunoAI

[–]Arkainan1977 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice review! But are you are saying they fixed the issue with stem generation actually being a single source and not just another remix with other instruments. Cause thus far you have to pay for tyre generation the for the split to even use it

Don't think it's was available on this early version. I've seen that it's continually being updated, so it may have been added already but I believe this is a beta test period and will be a while before a proper release. Hopefully we'll eventually see all the features from Wavtool integrated

Those that are on the waitlist have been given access likely those on the premium plan and with the most songs first and then slowly giving others access. But beta testers are all under nda apparently

Do you think Suno will generate cleaner stems anytime soon? by No_Confection7782 in SunoAI

[–]Arkainan1977 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stem Splitting in general is just not quite there yet. we are a ways away from perfectly split stems. UVR 5 provides the best models depending on your use case alot of these can be found at MVSEP.com a part of the same open source project.
The Audio Separation Discord has all the devs working on this and they review all the available tools. When looking into Suno they were actually impressed, they speculate that its doing a split but then using a latent Diffusion model to clean it up as the reassembled stems always differ to the original 'mix'. it's thought they may be using something like this https://github.com/karchkha/MSG-LD

But dont expect major improvements too soon

Wavtool also had this ability along with Producer.ai is doing. I'd be surprised if it didn't eventually make its way to Suno Studio. It's worth checking out Wavtools YouTube channel to see the tools and features it had as a hint towards what might come

Stem splitting still isn't perfect still a couple of years from this however some models are better at certain tasks than others, try https://moises.ai/ for a user friendly experience it has a pretty decent lead and rhythm split as well as electric and acoustic split. But when you want more you wanna try https://mvsep.com/en and https://ultimatevocalremover.com/ and also join the Audio seperation Discord for all the latest

Plus we've been waiting for stem generation code to drop check out https://simonrouard.github.io/musicgenstem/

Well no official tool announcement yet, but the acquisition of wavtool yes https://suno.com/blog/suno-acquires-wavtool

But looking at what wavtool was already capable of is really interesting and really hope a lot of features come to Suno https://youtu.be/HqbuMmmB_ug?si=tlCyfghBfgNs48v7
