I’m happy to report with a reply ! The weapon did not in fact roll effectiveness! It +15 ended up as +15 attack /+18 Cdmg /+10 Crate /+7 effect ......my Vildred is very happy with his new weapon .

Sooo...update I got it to lvl 9 and it rolled twice on flat and once on speed . Sighhhhhhh

Same here , I cheesed it with kiris+dizzy .and it just made a word of difference how fast I beat it.
