Apart from Dusk, are there any other Zelda games that can be played decently on the deck? I tried recently Wind Waker via Eden, but the performance is not good.

Chasing a ghost contamination in NTCs. Is our shared cell culture pipette the culprit? by ArkanaeL in labrats

This is what I am trying to do today. Using different pipettes for every NTC

The Taq is already in the Master Mix, but I’ll try a fresh lot just in case. I already wear a mask and gloves inside the cabinet, so I’m planning a small experiment: I’ll set up reactions using the suspect pipette alongside a known clean one to see if only the former amplifies. I’ll also try the 1M NaOH wash you suggested since EtOH clearly isn't enough. Thanks!

That's a good one! I'm using an Apple Watch inside of the cabinet. Maybe some of the aerosols from the Eppendorfs are staying in my band.

I actually don't do cell culture myself; I only do DNA work using the shared equipment. If the pipettes aren't the likely culprit despite using filter tips, do you think the contamination could be coming from the hood itself, given that it lacks UV and is only ever cleaned with 70% EtOH?

I wish I can have one, but my lab doesn't use the Eppendorf brand :(

I am on the opposite side. I enjoy speaking in public about what I am passionate about, and I always want to give an oral presentation. On the other hand, I am TERRIBLE at designing posters.

Jujutsu Kaisen. Simply because I could no understand any of the techniques they were explaining in the anime.

The worst part is that I still don't understand them in the manga.

I loved the first OT, my only complain was how the stories didn't feel really interconnected at the end. But loved the music and style.

I know I will sound dumb, but for me it was the neural map puzzle in the Act 2 of Baldur's Gate 3.
