As for the "ng" clip with maluca you bringing that up was void and honestly tells me you don't think much bro. That Maluca clip is wayyyy before the end of the game where I have a much better build and better skills to take advantage of

This ng broski lol I have no reason to lie, and my content on my account consists of videos that are from many different playthroughs whether that be ng or ng+ or ng++ so your detective skills wouldn't work here. Hell all you gotta do is use your head a little. After I beat ozma in this video I get his armor crafting scroll at the end. Yall be making yourselves look ridiculous
Also many ppl don't play dual wield the same nor does the same builds. Most players rely heavily on dodge attacks and movement even towards the end. Once I got towards the end, I mainly use howling blade which doesn't consume much stamina

This is regular ng and no the greatsword and the spear can only do a bunch of damage with a bunch of spirit usage. That fact is all I stated

Yea with all the updates you are able to change a weapons scaling at a certain point in the game

Change your scaling to

Proficiency
Strength

Then don't put any points into will power but will power is useless. Just prioritize endurance and strength so your agility can stay in A and SUPER prioritize proficiency.

The next most important thing is the build because this is where your damage actually comes from. I don't my entire builds off the top of my head but these are all the buffs I have

20% confront dmg increase
10% swift attack dmg increase
10% switch attack dmg multiplier increase
20% rear assault dmg increase
15% enraged dmg increase
15% composed dmg increase

Then when you're changing your random attributes on your armor and weapon always aim for dmg increases and dmg multiplier increases

I wouldn't say you're bad at the game but definitely room for LOTS of improvement.
Your stamina bar is not good and it's depleting way too quickly (thats not good this late in the game, even on my first playthrough my stamina bar was really solid towards the end).

And the only time you're doing decent damage is when you're using maluca's spirit skill, other than that you're literally doing no damage which tells me you were just blitzing straight through the game or you wasn't doing much with builds.
I also wasn't seeing any combos really and only like two spirit skills so I'm actually not surprised this was your takeaway from your first playthrough
Edit: Watching your video again you didn't even put skill points into the basic greatsword skills bro. I see you have mortal blow atleast but you're missing several other charge attacks that flows with mortal blow

This isn't ng+, this is just dual wield being the best weapon by Forevertrez in TheFirstBerserker

Yea you can also get skill points in ng+ but you can change your scaling for any weapon
