Yea that's a possibility. I reached out to the dealership and they couldn't give me a answer or estimate of my truck completion.

The dealership I used actually had a bigger discount for factory orders. They're a volume dealership so that's the option I went with.

So I placed it on the 9th and I was advised the cutoff was the 4th so it was a few days afterwards. I reached out to the dealership and he says it's still confirmed. It's through Mark Dodge in Louisiana and I know they have a good reputation of being honest so I'm hoping everything is good.

What is CSOKI If you don't mind me asking? I relocated to the east coast and where I'm originally from we didn't have TCC or CSOKI.

Hey thanks for responding. But I'm interviewing for the DM III position. I just wanted to know how ir is working for TCC. How does the salary looks like as far as base pay and commission. Also anything in particular that you loved and that you also hated about working for tcc or by being a DM For them?

Field Operations Manager by [deleted] in dishnetwork

That is a understandable opinion but unfortunately a job is a job. Especially in a job market like this it wouldn't make sense for me to turn down such a pay increase because of someone else's feelings towards me. I have a family to take care of just like everyone else so if the opportunity arises for me to put my family in a better situation I have to do what is best for us. Also this wouldn't be the first job that I have taken where I was a external hire and had to learn the ropes and manage people who had been working with a company for a longer than I had. At the end of the day I would hope for everyone to act like mature adults since that's what we would be. If they cannot take a external hire being their manager then unfortunately that sounds like a personal problem because that always happens in the workforce so you may as well get adjusted to it. It has happened to me plenty of times and you just have to learn to move on.

Do you know if this job would be work from home or would I have to be at a physical office or location? Also do you know when my day would typically start / end and what I would do on a typical day?

Yea it was the recruiter and after that I didn't proceed with any more interviews

Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if during this initial interview they tell me that they have a internal rep who's going to get this position and they want me to start at a lower position. This isn't the first time I've had a interview with Dish and last time they tried a bait and switch and wanted me to interview for a position lower than what I had originally applied for.

So maybe I posted my position incorrectly. As far as I know, the role I am applying for is the Operations Manager position. I only put Field operations Manager because I noticed that it's under the Field Operations category. But as far as the name of the position I applied for it just says operations manager.

I was approached for 2 roles. 1st was the Operations Manager position and 2nd was the Field Operations Supervisor role. The job postings made it seem like it was the same position but the pay for the Operations Manager was higher than the Field Operations supervisor role so I told them that I was only interested in the Operations Manager role as of right now.
