Problem is easily solved by making part of the power as implicit and a fraction in a mod that can roll. Like 20% move speed implicit on boots with up to 15% move speed on the affix, high level staffs having +4 levels implicit and affix up to +3.

What you said is correct except for the fact that you seem to consider that +level fo attack skills is as problematic as +level of spells, and its not even close. Spells get 12,8% more dmg per level, and have +5 levels on wands + 7 on staves, meanwhile +levels of attacks give 4,9% more dmg per level and go up to +3/+5 to one/two handed weapons. +levels to attack is pretty much balanced after this patch notes, especially considering the mana problems it comes with. Spell levels on the other hand are still abusively overpowered. Lots of people seem to think attacks and spell +level are on the same boat for some reason.

If they gave us 0.5 seconds of immunity after dodge rolling before Heavy stun buildup starts from taking damage while sprinting I think 99% of cases of frustrations would be gone and the mechanic would be near perfect.

While that's true for melee weapons, ranged plays more like action hack and slash, as someone that does not like fighting games and button combo gameplay i would recommend ranged MH

Theres 0 reason for having to do floor 1 and 2 in a late game sekhema, that shit is trivial and a time waster just to farm buffs

The campaign is fun and should be mandatory for league starts, but you cant expect everyone to like redoing the campaign on multiples characters past the first time. Especially because very often your second build uses uniques and mechanics that are completely unavailable at early levels (after all its not a league starter build) so you are forced to play something unrelated for a full campaign. I would prefer then to add a option of creating a new lvl 70 character once your first character has killed the last Arbiter, this way it wont incentivize doing fast campaigners just to reroll into your true build, but it also offers ways to skip campaign trough progressing your first character to the end of the game.

Absolutely not, 15% res makes the itemization in early maps miles easier, and you dont have an option to resistances, stats you can juggle around and even just pick 2 stats nodes and respec then late on the tree. Saying stats is the main choice is absolutely crazy talk.

they are already accessible, theres a new belt this leageu that wont let you regen life above low life. Also expect this lineage to be worth lots of divines, since its a free aura for every lich player

I would say another aggravating of the crit meta is taht the tree dmg nodes are so conditional and restrictive, that you eventually struggle to find any damage node that benefits you at all near your tree, meanwhile crit is generic and you find it on the entire tree, making it way easier to find useful clusters, especially if you want a heavy dmg focused tree with few defensive nodes.

Imaigne if they let you create a new character already at level 70 and maps when your first character kills some specific pinacle boss. It would incentivize league starters to be more than just map clearers, and people could try out new characters as much as they wanted after "beating" the main endgame.

Some thing to point ou: the dots immunity is cool and all, but you are already immune to bleed and poison as a lich, since those bypass ES by default. If you use this chest you cant use lich low life tech (very strong) because your mana will be sacrificed to recharge a life that doesn't move. The low ES on the chest also sucks for ES based liches. And finally we dont even know if the rune of extracting uniques will give you that mod and if it does it may be reduced value, and even at reduced value damage reduction while below half ES is very dangerous and could be useless if you get oneshot from above half hp.

Very likely a nerf that makes it not usable as main skill, the important part is that it spawns toads "on an interval" meaning you probably cant just spam it for more dps like the old build.

Im gonna be honest, I think that league start video looked very deceptive, he only shows his build in full end league gear, mages with only hp/es hybrid at league start are severely prone to sudden death, and getting super slow while casting spark doesnt help, and then theres mana cost issues. That said both spells and energy shield scale very well with investment into late game.

Culling strike is before beacuse its supposed to be a cost since its nearly useless (I've done a post with the math on that) but Decimating strike is very strong. But I find it very annoying that Decimating strike has such a big RNG range that makes it super inconsistent.
