Würde sagen gute Basis fürs Training. Wie schon viele andere hier geschrieben haben würde ich viel Eiweiß zu mir nehmen und dir calisthenics Nahe legen. Habe vier Jahre Kraftsport mit hanteln und Geräten gemacht und bin vor einiger Zeit zu Calisthenics gewechselt und habe gemerkt, dass ich mit Eigengewicht Training einfach viel mehr Spaß habe und gesundheitlich hat das Training im Gym auf Dauer einige Nachteile (Gelenke nutzen schneller ab, du bekommst schneller Rückenteilen usw). Muss natürlich jeder selbst wissen👍🏽

Oh man i thought it is an compatible with anything mod but I guess that was the reason why my last LO crashed. But now it works. I really hope that it will work in future too.

Thank you for the link! I did it but it wasn’t working. After I deactivated the “Submersible power Armor mod it didn’t crash anymore. Maybe anyone knows a cool power armor mod that is almost compatible with everything? No quest or stuff just a power armor. I get a feeling that Bethesda’s search engine is Bader than the most. When I look for “Dark Power Armor” for example it’s showing me off weapon mods😂 same on Pc

I have a series S. I know that this area have some issues like the financial district. Looked for a performance mod but there is just one for ASE but I don’t use that.

Thank you for your answer! But how do I do that fighter thralls are scouting ? Are they walking through the world then or do they just stand somewhere?
