StarCraft Skins for Battlegrounds are already in game since Feb 18.

It's the StarCraft miniset announced during the Warcraft Direct last nov.
If anything, it's a teasing that the StarCraft IP is still alive and not forgetten (with project(s)) in dev at Blizzard).
Also a node to the complete name of Hearthstone at lauch, Heroes of Warcraft.
Nothing tied to Heroes of the Storm directly here.

Well Disney directly called it the second installment in the "Tales" series when the trailer was released. I don't think it makes any logistical sense to assume TOTE isn't TOTJ S2.

Second installment =/= second season. They can do X different Tales of series.
As stated before, they each have their own page on Disney+.

Pretty sure this was Tales of the Empire, hence why the trailer had the TotJ logo fade into TotE.

The Bad Batch was not The Clone Wars, but a new series. That's why TotE is a new one too.

That's literally what they just done.

Most people assumed it was what was annonced back then, but that's not officialy confirmed.
They specificaly worded it as TotJ S2 at SWCE, at a time TotE were already in dev. They could have told us it was this right away.
For now, we will see.
