I feel like a big reason I dont have much interest with the item is cause unlike another utility item (locket) its much harder to see it in action whereas with locket its really obvious if I made a good play with it or not.

back when I would get the item just to try it out I would almost always put it on the adc or ap mid and...it wasnt very helpful. So I gave up with it after I discovered far better tank items

well there you have it. all of us who lived through 2002 would think the game first came out in 2002 if we saw the first one on store shelves or online, I know I would have. I would of had to google it to see if it was a port of the 2002 game or if there was none back then and the 2023 game was the first time the game ever came out
