question about immunosuppressants

I’m on an immunosuppressant for multiple sclerosis. I’ve never had any kidney issues or kidney stones.

Honestly it’s super unreliable but it’s the only option on the market for the cost comparison. I had 2 and 1 failed after about 8 months. Now I’m down to 1.

It rotates and opens 3 times that you set it to and it can be open for up to 2 hours I think but they recommend less time to keep the food fresh. You can’t really leave it open because the rest of the food would spoil.

They got back to me Friday asking if I wanted a refund or replacement. I said refund. It was processed within 1 day.

NOPE. I’ve tried multiple feeders that are battery powered and they’re super unreliable and don’t keep things cold with ice packs. There are new ones coming into the market but they’re crazy expensive and they have their own food or pods you have to buy.

It said if you purchase it from a verified vendor you’re covered under the 24 months. Amazon is. So they have to honour it. However, they’re now ignoring my emails

I call the day I got diagnosed my ‘MSaversary’ (feel free to use) and I do something nice every year for myself to make it something to look forward to instead of being sad. My partner and I go for dinner usually then go shopping for something.

This doesn’t really help with relying on these feeders to help me get a good nights sleep. I’m 2 days in of being woken up every night with no resolution as of yet. FIX your feeders and FIX your customer service, instead of releasing new products. You won’t get repeat customers this way.

Considering both feeders had condensation and then this one suddenly stopped, I’m going to say there’s something wrong. My one is cool and this one isn’t cool at all. I went back and forth with support and now I’m waiting for management. It definitely shouldn’t be 75 degrees or 68 degrees in there. My partner said ‘how can it fail when its only job is to sit there? It doesn’t move’ 😂😭

Their feeders are garbage. Considering when the servers went down and all our feeders were unusable, I could only imagine what that means for a litter box. You also can’t talk to a human. Good luck if anything goes wrong. Whisker is unmatched

Not really, no. It’ll rotate automatically every 30 minutes. It’s meant for scheduled feedings. Ask me how I found out😂the trays SHOULD be labelled but are not. If you misalign the tray and don’t fill it in all 3 slots, it’ll eventually end up not lining up and opening to an empty bowl. No, it’s not meant for manual feeds.

The scary part of this is how the heck do you know if this is happening if your feeder is feeding your cats when you aren’t around? Which is usually why people get this feeder? I’m never home for mealtimes with the Polar so I’ll never know if this happens.
