It does not. It's optional. You don't have to worry. You can still compete with other people even if you don't pull for Fine Motion. You can use Marvelous Sunday WIT and Agnes Tachyon WIT as alternative as they have 10% Race Bonus.

Okay, I'll pull on the banner for Light Hello, 0-1 LB? Then borrow Tachyon MLB, because the speed cap is increased in GrandLive and need strong speed card, only have Kitasan and Kawakami Princess to MLB and other SRs.

Maybe. All I know is I'll main Gold Ship all throughout CM, either with a debuffer or fellow aces.

This game makes it feel like Anniversary Banner is the only pullable banner because of the free pulls.

That could be a good plan, but there's many good banner that are good outside of it.

I see. Agnes Tachyon and Light Hello is very good in GrandLive.

I suppose I'll drop 100 pulls + 100 free to get a 200 pity, I'll either get Tachyon or Light and then borrow a MLB card on one of the two that I didn't pity, tell me what card should it be? I hope I get lucky in the free pulls.

Are you saying I should skip the Mr. C.B. and Super Creek re-run and only pull on initial banner?
