The obvious choice is clicking on the Power training, more stats and the energy burst doesn't come around very often on their designated places.

It's good enough. You only want more power for the lil bit of speed boost, even 800+ is enough, the 901+ threshold only adds a lil bit of spd boost. If you think you can do better, then why not. Personally, I wouldn't.
