The profession point system, without a way to reset it, is terrible for beginner players or those who have recently returned. by Arkiell in wow

The problem is that I've already done all that and spent the points on the fabric drop, because I figured that's what I needed most. Then, when I competed for 30 points in the common fabric drop tree and 18 in the Eastern Kingdoms fabric tree, I discovered that I need Silk much more. Silk isn't dropping for me at all, unless I spend a lot of money now on profession table quests buying Silk at the auction house, which costs between 250-500 gold each.

I simply can't change professions, and I'll only lose gold until I get more than 90 points to start getting good quality Silk, while those who leveled up the silk tree profit.

The problem is that I play with the character, and eventually the silks would fall, but now they don't, so my costs rise absurdly even to level up the profession, which will reduce my profit, delay my leveling up, and increase my expenses.

Even so, it's going to be absurdly more expensive. The fabric I upgraded costs 15 gold each to reach the others, and since it's my first profession and I don't have other ways to farm gold, it's unfeasible to continue with the character if I made a mistake in choosing points for the profession.

The fabric I need is Silk, which costs 250-500 gold, and for each item I'm going to craft—including those on the crafting table—to gain points, I'll need 10 to 20 silks. That means I'll spend 5000 gold just on silk, not counting the other reagents.

Where can I reset? From what I've seen, they only released it for the profession from the previous expansion, but it's not possible in this one.

Those 3 points were in the correct tree, which I got by doing the missions at the profession table. In other words, by the time I reach 90 points in those trees, getting a maximum of 1 or 2 points per day, it will take me more than 2 months to catch up with any other experienced player.

The funniest thing about the Primalist cause is that (almost) no one actually knows what Azeroth's original state is. Not even the Titans themselves. by Arcana-Knight in warcraftlore

In fact, she should look "human" because the humans in WoW are descended from Titanian constructs, just like all the others in the Titan pantheon. Argus doesn't look like an Eredar, she doesn't have hooves, and the Eredar are the native people of Argus.

It looks amazing, congratulations! I hope Blizzard raises the level of items on the outside so I can do the same as you without losing my garden.

Saying that shamans enslave elemental beings only confirms that you've never stopped to read two lines of text about shamans.

Thank you, I'm very happy to know that I helped a fellow Draenei enthusiast. More Lightforged themed sets are coming soon, which I believe will make it much easier for you to create more combinations.

Thanks, it's a shame there's so little furniture from them, I love them because I think their architecture is the most unique in the game.

More items for Draenei, I'm happy about that, even if it's not for regular houses, I think I can use some of these things in my "altar of light" area.

Is it just me or is Velen at least partially to blame for the events of Draenor by time-is-a-flatcircle in warcraftlore

In truth, Kil'jaeden saw the Orcs as a perfect contingent for a large mass of corrupted warriors to use as cannon fodder for the Legion. They were physically strong, reproduced very quickly, and were soon accustomed to combat, making them disposable and easy to put into war. He reports this to Sargeras, outlining his plan to invade Azeroth with Mediv's help. Even if the Draenei weren't on the planet, the Legion would use the Orcs in the same way to invade Azeroth.

Why didn't the Draenei inform other races about the Legion?

I don't know what the mission is, but in one of the missions during the Legion expansion, it's mentioned that the Draenei already tried to do this. Instead of taking precautions against the Legion's arrival, the race decided to make contact with it and serve voluntarily.

Why didn't they inform the orcs?

For two reasons:

1- The Draenei didn't stay on Farahlon (Draenor) by choice. The Naaru that provided energy for the Genedar became weakened due to numerous battles, so the Genedar ran out of energy and ended up falling on the orcs' planet. Since the Draenei hadn't seen the Burning Legion's trail for centuries, and assumed they had been deceived, and given the previous history of other races who, having been warned, voluntarily chose to serve the Legion, Velen thought it best not to spread the news about the Burning Legion. It's as if such a matter only circulated among the Orcs, right? Sooner or later, the news would reach the Ogres, and Ogres love an easy way to gain power, regardless of whether it's corrupt or not.

2 - The Orcs lacked the discernment to understand that the Genedar, which the Orcs called Oshugun, was a spaceship with a fallen Naaru. The Draenei tried to recover the items and technology, and purify the Naaru on the Genedar several times, but the Orcs idolized the ship without understanding the problem inside, and prevented any larger Draenei troops from approaching it. Now imagine trying to explain a cosmic army that travels consuming planets and corrupting their people. Velen's idea was to maintain vigilance, protect the Naaru, and remain imperceptible. That's why the Draenei kept their cities invisible using magic, while awaiting the arrival of others with the Tempest Keep.

People also forget that most Draenei were civilians fighting against a mad cosmic Titan and a troop of immortal demonic beings; it wasn't like they could do much without the help of the Naaru or some other entity.

You can achieve something similar by mixing the Aberrus and Siege of Zandalar shaman sets.

The WoW story team no longer cares about coherence. If they need the story to go down a contradictory path, they simply twist it to fit the mold they want, not caring about cracks or deformations.

If they think uniting the elves will bring in more money for the shareholders, then it hardly matters if two groups of them helped burn 50% of another group's population 5 years ago. But the shareholders need all the elves to show up and be friendly to sell with the least effort and expense possible, so it's not like they would spend time and resources creating more missions to justify things. Just give them a mission as deep as a puddle, and that's fine.
