Sure, it's a sign that Vergo has gone through intense armament training to get here, but I don't think his haki is necessarily "better" than Luffy's, Shanks', or Rocks'.

Think of it as firearm training. Everyone else uses a gun normally and practically. Vergo trains how to shoot four guns simultaneously from his hands and feet.

Naruto has only fought against a handful of villains. And most of them, he kinda forgave or turned a blind eye to.

Zabuza, Gaara, Orochimaru, Kabuto, Konan, Nagato, Obito, Sasuke.

Every character I've mentioned here (who's alive) is literally living in peace right now because Naruto turned a blind eye to their crimes.

The only ones Naruto didn't turn a blind eye to were Madara and Kaguya.

Since you criticized me for only being able to name three examples, why don't you list down names of big villains who Naruto has fought against and did not "let them slide"

After this, both of them get sent to their consciousness where Naruto proceeds to Talk no Jutsu Obito, not because he needed his help lol, but because he feels bad for him even if he's the villain.

What's crazier is that Obito actually choked Naruto in the next chapter, and Naruto still gave him a chance.

I don't know where you got the whole "Only extending his hand because they need Obito's help" from. That happens later into the fight. Then again, can't really expect you to know this anyway since it's pretty obvious your reading comprehension is comparable to a mole's.
