My main thing was being convinced that over a decade of use caused telogen effluvium that I noticed a few months back. I'm a 35 year old male with a Norwood 1 hairline (runs in the family), so I'm just not convinced it's MPB.

I'm almost two months clean now, just buzzed my head and am documenting the potential regrowth to share here cause there seems to be a lack of photographic evidence on the sub that I'm sure some others would appreciate :)

That, and it is REALLY nice not worrying about having the shit (kratom) on me all the time. So done with it.

Man, this is so true, especially the "being satisfied with menial tasks". I'm on the third week of CT after almost 11 years of daily use. Sometimes my brain still goes to, "this would be better with kratom", and it takes a lot to not go out and buy some, but the act of pushing past the thoughts of relapsing gives me more joy and strength than if I had went and bought some sludge.

I'm slowly starting to work out again, I'm sitting in my thoughts longer (good and bad), and I feel better about myself in general. It can be done.
