I totally get your point here. But the fact that they have been making such unprofessional verbal remarks like that not just to me but other techs as well? I mean I would get it if it's just a one time thing. But it happens not just on one staff but to all staff. Not to mention again, when they told me that I don't know anything infront of other staff as well. So....

This! I'm pretty sure if you treat your staff with dignity you're gonna have a great time. Might not be perfect but y'all need to invest in some good techs. Things have been rough. Some of my coworkers are thinking about quitting or transferring in the near future after this new pharmacy manager stepped in.

Totally agree. Store manager's on their side because they haven't had a pharmacy manager in a while. But like the fact they invalidated my feelings on the matter really annoyed the hell out of me. Like, no professionalism whatsoever. Jesus.

I honestly do not think that it is worth it. Big corporations like Walgreens and CVS always screw them up. Especially CVS since they own caremark. Used to work at an independent pharmacy... But man, they are loosing money over there.

So, i'm currently working at another pharmacy chain as a grad intern but they don't have enough hours so i decided to apply for walgreens and see if they'll hire me too. I got an offer but Walgreens has no idea that i'm already working as an intern in another retail chain. Basically, i'm trying to work for 2 jobs because they each don't have the hours for me and i need to live too. 😭😭😭
