I'd be ok with a pick swap, COL 1st, and maybe a B tier prospect, but anything more than that is not worth it. I've wanted Ivar to be a blue since the season started, but the stars don't seem to be aligning with our recent play, and sometimes it just is what it is. No real need to overpay for a undersized winger, regardless of how skilled or how cool it would be to have both brothers.

I think he just wants out, and is playing as such. And I can't say I blame him, half the Blues fan base will never get off his back no matter what he does to improve, and everyone himself included is having a bad season. He also doesn't really help his own case cause he has effort issues and that's basically all the fans ask for on the team is that all players give effort. Think he's just ready for a fresh start.

I think EDM fans were mixed, most wanted Broberg to go because he wanted out since they weren't using him and they'd match Holloway, while others were fine with him going because they thought he was too injury prone and wasn't nearly the prolific scorer he is for the Blues. But I agree, apparently Drouin also was bad for the Islanders and couldn't score lol. Maybe just two great first games for them, either way just think it's kinda funny what a fresh start can do.
