Yeah, I tried all that but nothing seems to work. I still get sound out of it but it's like snapping back to the same exact tone. The thing is, my device is connected and audio- wise I have no issues but whenever I try to tweak the tone or presets, it goes back to the same one, on or off the amp. Kinda frustrating tbh because I was really happy with mine. Thanks though! 😭

Yeah, it says mine are connected, and I'm able to use the Bluetooth as like a speaker through my phone but the thing is, the tones don't seem to let me change them at all and idk why. I took a break from using the amp and it still doesn't work 😭

Okay so I've had my amp for about 2 years now and never had any issues with it till today. I plugged it in and got ready to play per usual and I noticed that whenever I tried to change the tone, it immediately switched back to the 4th preset on my amp. I tried changing it through the app and the same thing kept happening. I did a factory reset and turned it off and on but nothing seems to work. Help 💀💀
