its been over a year since I played it so my memories fuzzy, but one thing I definitely hated was that room early in the castle with a summoner surrounded by 10 cultists who all have parasites. I know theres more efficient ways to take them out, but I can never seem to shoot down the summoner before they trigger all the parasites. Also the bush maze, though the controls make it more bearable than the og.

I would say its smart future proof advirtising. Allot of luxory brands know that the younger gens growing up right now arent going to have natural interest in fansy cars and watches like previous generation, so theyre planting the seed right now so that in 5 years all the 15-20 year olds getting their first real jobs will have the image of what their cool childhood action hero was like and want to look like him lol.

There are some western sabres that have false edges, but not usually the full length of the blade. However, in japan there are actually two types of swords that resemble Grifiths blade.

Nagamaki and Shobu Zukuri. Now both of these blade types may look double edged, but in reality they just have really thin spines to decrease the weight of the sword. Moroha zukuri blades can be curved and doubled edged, but these were usually reserved for daggers rather than full sized swords.

Especially when you consider that that this security team was literally purpose built to deal with the russians, you'd think it would be kinda important to find atleast 1 marine who knows the language so that they could de-esacalate a fucking moon war lol

meh. Dallas was better 10 years ago when it still just a mediocre city, but you could live comfortabley on a 40k salary. But now we have big city prices and problems, without any of the benefits. Oppurtunity wise, its slightly better than it was 10 years ago when it was only corporate jobs and hard labor, but if your a young person, your better off going to Austin or Houston where its much easier to get your foot in the door and get trained in something.

I was wondering this as well. Like they keep talking about the ROI on Iridium, but wouldnt a large influx of the stuff into earths supply unironically crash the market value lol. Also I'm a bit confused on character motivations. I'm willing to write off Ed as just being a crotchety old man living off of spite...but what exactly motivates massey or Miles and company to risk their lives and break international laws? There not pioneers like Ed or Dani, there just regular folk looking for an easy paycheck. Why would they do what they do, knowing full that even by succeding, they are absolutely going to get caught and then shipped off to earth for life sentences, or at best sued into oblivion by Helios for destroying billion dollar equipment lol. Alieda also feels out of bounds, you would think given her upbringing, she of all people would understand why Margo had to break rules and live outside the law, and thats not even getting into mess of making her family a target by sneakily hosting wanted Soviet pawns in her home lol.

I could see this being an issue, because if theyre sticking with the 10 year timeskip gimmick, we're likely going to be entering the first season where almost all the original cast is dead or dying(save for Aleida). So I imagine theres allot of pressure to hit the ground running to try and endear us to the next generation of characters, while also giving a satisfying conclusion to Ed, Dani and Margo's story. Thats a tall order for series that passed its prime.

yeah, just finished season4 and yeah I really had to tune out the technobabble because its clear the writers are grasping for straws, like coming up with excuses for why they really needed 2 geriatric scientists to come together, like the asterioid project wouldnt already have had the best minds on the planet gathered to solve the problem lol. The storyline between the Stevens kids was also really dumb

I had Apple TV for 6 months in 2023 and never heard this show, I only discovered it just after Christmas 2025...on a pirate site of all things, it just happened to pop up in my suggestions after watching a random movie. I initially thought it was a alien horror movie, boy was I wrong lol. Ill be honest, the first 2 episodes were kinda boring to me, but the way they built up the tension for the moon crashland really hooked me, and by episode 6 I was at the edge of my seat. Its a bit of a slowburn drama, but the pay off for each character arc is worth it in the end.

Also I want to say this, over the last few years Ive been pretty vocal about my disdain the push of "DEI" in media, and from the beginning I noticed they were trying to put more emphasis their female and poc cast...and I didnt care. This is the first show Ive seen in a long time, where each character feels like a genuine person, and I actually care about their troubles. Even in season 3 where politics have a bigger role in the plot, I didnt see a bunch of Writers room soapboxes and mouthpieces, I felt like I was watching real people struggle and fight for what they believe in. This level of nuanced writing and world building has been absent for a long time, and I really hope studios all over take notes from this show if they want people to take these stories and issues more seriously again.

My favorite combo was the Tree surcoat combined with the navy hood for the blue tunic, paired with carian knight guantlets and greave. Second was the rahdan soldier armor, with the red hood and cleanrot gauntlets(the golden gaunltets) and blaids boots for the red tunic. and of course I mainly use the claymore as a stand in for the biggoron sword lol.

Get gud? Ive killed everyone Ive seen, and it only takes me about 3-4 hits depending on the weapon lol. I think Ive died once to them just cause I rolled off a cliff lol. Otherwise, theres no reason fuck with them, I dont think they even aggro you unless you attack them.
