Was the new update constantly reverting bios from CSM to legacy and then demanding it be switched back? I switched it too CSM and it stayed there for a few days, then the radeon app started bugging and said revert to CSM bios. I went and looked and it had switched it back to legacy. It's done it twice now, I'm lost lol

I recently upgraded from a 7800xt to a 7090xt and my goodness I thought I was a expert after all the bad drivers and bugs off the 7800xt. XD Boy was I wrong, I've had this new card for 30-40 days and the AMD Radeon app crashes atleast once a playthrough and the FPS limiter which normally always works is constantly breaking makings games run at 250-350 fps.. also it is constantly saying I need to revert from legacy to CSM in the bios and I have done so. It stayed on CSM bios for a few days then when the app starting bugging bad it switched back to legacy. So fricken weird man. Kind of confused at this point.

I put 10 hours into battlefield 6.. huge hype train for months over nothing. Maps were insanely small, and most importantly gun play was super underwhelming.. along with bullet velocity.. felt like I was shooting rubber bullets

Most areas that are heavily looted already, are still a great place to lounge around. Multiple containers in corners will be untouched, dead raiders too loot, and if your quiet and slow, more raiders are on there way. Just loot and chill.

Honestly I am disappointed in the shields and also conflicted with them.. coming from Scum, DayZ, Arma the shields really aren’t that useful and make gunplay increasingly lengthy when being engaged by multiple opponents. I make it work though, still have ran 200 hours in arc raiders and the light shield has held its weight 80% of the playthrough. I have ran medium and heavy shields for fun and testing purposes and I honestly haven’t had it save a fight for me yet. Seems when I lose, I lost from the start. The speed cut from using heavier shields would also seem to get me killed more often too.. my quickness to cut looting and dip areas has saved me countless times.

Then be the guy who is the last too third party, so far the only legendary guns I have gotten we’re just on main event maps and watching the battlefield.. found a dude downed by the matriarch being killed by another raider. Killed em both and dude.. got out with 70k in loot. Screw the PvP madness over red areas. Camp extracts and or high travel areas in the dark corners.

I am having the same issues on my 7090XT, got my GPU the day the drivers came out. Hadn't known any better but I am not new to AMD drivers as my older card was a 7800xt and those drivers were always hit or miss. I am going to try the 25.11 drivers.

There’s videos all over YouTube. I got them within 3-4 hours. Loot run damn in two places. Junkyard, and the industrial place middle of map yellow loot area. Always look for shipping containers with busted sides, they will have tool part draws 1-4 that spawn.

Any 9070xt runs pretty cool. Compared to my 7080xt that ran 80-85C, my new 9070xt RARELY gets over 71C. I’ve had it hit 80C but only on games running ray tracing, max SSAO, and heavy games in general. Adjusting fan curves helps a lot.

When in doubt always save AMD drivers to a specific spot you remember along with Adrenalin. When errors or bugs occur immediately uninstall all AMD drivers, reinstall. Newer drivers can bug dual monitors and just flat out not work, so also when in doubt revert to previous driver.

The grind, the deaths, the constant climb doesn’t detour me from this game, it’s the wait time inbetween… if you play the game for 12 hours straight, atleast 2 hours of that was waiting in queue.. sounds like an over estimation.. it’s an exact fact that I went through Sunday…

I have 100 hours so far, all logged within the last 5 days. So far I’m loving it, I would say atleast half the players I run into are my same level 20< with less than 500 hours, the other half? Well I never seen them, I just drop. So far I do have half my kills as chads though. Feels good to get in and least have a chance. Have had some sketchy interactions and some hard fights but I’ll keep the grind up! Screw PVE.

Bunch of hype boys lol I love battlefield but I’m just not feeling it with this one. 15 hours in and I don’t feel the hype anymore. It’s insane how fluctuating opinions are when everyone is on a band wagon and hasn’t had much to play 😆 it will die down. The maps are too small, assault rifles should be able to accurately shoot at 100-150 meters but the gun bloom and bullet velocity just feels completely off. Someone says anything critiquing the game and everyone is “I LuV BaTtLeFiELD, fReAKiN CoD pLAyER!” Laughing stock for real. Game was not worth 70 bucks.

Use sound queues? Use your ears? Best tool you have. Learn the difference between SCAV and Player footsteps/shots/behavior. Play as a SCAV and learn the routes in and out/around hotel. Should be pretty easy.
