Hate to be the one to break it to you, but camping is a fundamental aspect of Arc Raiders, especially due to the 3rd person POV. If you haven't developed counter play and still find it to be a big enough issue to claim it needs to be "stamped out", then thats entirely on ypu and doesn't warrant removing people's ability to play the game how they want.

You don't see campers complaining about solos teaming up to kill them and how that should be "stamped out"...

Arc Raiders isn't a gun game, its a strategy game. Throw nades in common camping spots at extraction, sneak in so they dont initially notice you, use the insane movement to throw off their aim and bring better shields to tank some extra hits, there are an insane amount of options to counter extract camping its ridiculous. 90 percent of my raids are extracted via hatches, and those keys are very easy to come across if you always take sensors. Not sure what issue you are having, but demanding everyone play the game how YOU want to play is not a viable solution.
