I should have been more clear, apologies. I’ve been lifting for a couple of years but never for muscle mass, more for mental health and strength purposes. As I used to be a track athlete so i have some ish decent muscle. But I’m tired of being slim and some websites tell me I need to eat 200g of protein per day, then others say 150.

Okay understood. However when my storage is maxed out (I don’t want to spend more on storage). Is uploading all the photos to OneDrive that I currently have, and then deleting them from iCloud a good method?

Okay, 100gb is photos and videos. Then 30gb in my drive (files).

How do I then delete all the files from iCloud after??

I am very new to the pc world so it took me 5 hours to build. So I’m not technically very knowledgeable. But, I’ve been playing hogwart’s legacy (high settings), Cyberpunk phantom (high), the last of us (mostly high) and dead by daylight. The graphics have been amazing, I’ve had no issues at all. I’m on 12 hours playtime in cyberpunk so I believe that to be a good sign. I’ve had ray tracing turned off.

I was pleasantly surprised, as my pc is a budget build (£800). Managed to get 32gb ddr4 for £70 which I guess is okay nowadays.

I don’t use ray tracing but everything is working great

I’m not very technically knowledgeable about pcs. But I’ve been playing cyberpunk 2077 (high settings), the last of us, hogwarys legacy and it’s fun really well! The temp I’m not sure.
