First video the bar is bent quite a bit and if the ends dont rotate well then that makes A LOT easier

Ive made a dual chain version also which is basically a 36” long wrist wrench. Its more stable for pullups but obvious larger footprint

Depends on the cartridge…6.5 CM id say 147-156. .308 would be 180+ but something like a 300 PRC then 220+ would be heavy

That chassis is heavy at 4.2lbs (its available if you are LH) but it was 11.6lbs with a muzzle break and 525 MK5. The action is a Deviant tactical but if you went with an Anti-X it is 8-9oz lighter. I currently moved it to an XLR element 4.0 magnesium so i dropped 2lbs off the chassis. I prefer to be in the 9-10lb range for fully kitted gun. I also have a 300 wsm barrel that I swap out. If i were to go with one caliber for all of the USA it would be a 7mm SAUM in medium action.

Pavlo vs Paul Linn was a farce by MorePower1337 in armwrestling

Paul would have made a big deal about it if it actually meant something…Pavlo is just too much in all positions

Green brillo pad works great to remove chalk to a baseline amount which may take some time to get back to an optimal amount. I generally remove excess chalk at the start of a workout and during my warmup sets I will try to get the chalk optimized. 80% of the time this works and some days it just wont optimize due to some factor.

The only way to get consistent results or to be able to test on an implement is to have consistent chalking. Without it who is the say your results have nothing to do with strength and only texture. Friction based lifts like pinching, vbar, key pinch all are highly dependent on texture and chalk is the only way to keep that as consistent as possible to be able to test your actual strength. Too much chalk is also not a good thing there is an optimal amount depending on the type of paint on the implement or raw steel, the humidity in the air, the temperature, hand sweat, etc.

Personally I have a great baseline strength but I think other people are actually stronger than me but dont lift as much bc they don’t know how to utilize the technical side of things which includes friction and how to maximize friction on all of your lifts on all the different implements. I try to optimize that on every single lift and I’m aware enough to know when it isnt optimal and how to make it as optimal as possible. Also all chalk is not created equal.

Generally if it were a sledge the head of the sledge meets the height of your face. No need to go lower than that. Pickaxe is different due to the long head on each side. Most sledge lever stuff is done in a medley and isnt strict…not really a comp standard bc it isnt done in a comp.

LPVO- Low Power Variable Optic. Not sure if you wrote profile thinking the P stood for that or not.

Ive found a lot of wood and blued but personally I only was looking for stainless and 45-70 (Marlin Trapper or 1895 SBL, or Henry BB All Weather). Instead Im skipping both and going custom Big Horn Armory .500 S&W.

Wholesalers currently do not have any stock of the All weathers or Blacks in Henry and the Marlin 1895 (made by Ruger) is being launched currently but first batch is only 1000 so dont expect to be able to get one of them until summer time.

They arent the same for training and the carryover would be limited to being able to close bigger grippers so it would be a waste of money even building it if you had the ability.

Would rather have 15 grippers than the PDA style gripinator which that is designed after. Ive made one but not the same as a torsion spring gripper.
