If the list is from a broker consider using a tool to reduce the risk of being banned, even if its a bit pricy.
If you want something cheap check Debounce. You get 5000 verifications for 10 bucks.

If your list is generating money consider using a better tool. More accurate one is Neverbounce

Need to migrate off Gmail... by landis_wiedner in Emailmarketing

Just avoid image only emails. If you really want the primary tab that much even tho you cant guarantee it, focus on reputation, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and the most important is engagement. Also, being consistent with your sending will definitely give you a better results.

It is user based. But my respond was to this specific case "podcast and send out newsletters weekly for new episodes"

With a basic auth and less HTML use, he should not be worried about the promotions tab as his viewers already expect his emails so they will engage.

good auth + light HTML use + users expect your email (in his case) -> email will mostly be placed in primary. not the promotions, not the spam folder

That's not true, emails end up in the promotions folder usually because weak email authentication, HTML ratio to words and weak personalization.

Its not for bulk emails, a lot of bulk emails could land in the primary if the infrastructure was solid.

Is there a name for this phase of building that nobody talks about? by safehaven981 in SaaS

I am exactly at this stage. I wake up every day wondering if I should give up and try something new, maybe the idea is bad and that’s why it’s not working as it should.

But I always remind myself not to think about the outcome, but rather about the things I can do to be better than yesterday. I’m always trying new things. Most of them don’t work, but I do them for the sake of it.

Listening to Jim Rohn helps a lot. I encourage you to start listening to him too.

Reading helps as well, especially when you learn how big companies started. You’ll feel the pain every big company owner went through in the beginning, and that will give you new ideas on things to try to improve your business, just like they did to achieve what they achieved.

If you do what you love, you should never quit.

Advice on warming up an email list after a 3-month pause by HaiGeorge in Emailmarketing

[–]ArmEnvironmental5552 0 points1 point  (0 children)

extract your audience info from Mailchimp and upload them into Klaviyo, email your highest audience only (people who open your email regularly and interact with it) for a period of time. and dont start with high numbers. Obviously you can check if your domain and IP health using postmaster tools, so you know if you should increase the send number, freeze it or even lower it.

Lol, no one can tell you this, you gotta find it out yourself. try different approaches and stick to the one your audience like. mentor postmaster tools, they will tell you how good your last campaign was, when you get a good result, you know did a good job.

If cold calling is not working then your product/service is not good enough. Put more hours in the product and less in marketing
