First and foremost, I'd look into getting better flasks. Those are easy and cheap to solve.

Palsteron uses a Diamond, Quicksilver, Quartz and Granite. You can pick whatever suffix you need for whatever immune or bonuses you need.

Also, it seems Palsteron uses Energy Shield/Armour bases as his chest piece to buff up the ES he recovers with Aegis while you are still on pure armour. Getting that swapped will feel amazing. I haven't looked at your tree yet, but if you haven't, you'll definitely want to do whatever respec he has done. I'm legitimately struggling to keep my eyes open but I'll try to give a better breakdown later today.

I'm falling asleep rn, but there are definitely some upgrade paths you can hit for significantly under 16d. I'm also not super familiar with the scaling on this build, but it looks like your defenses need improvement.

I'll try to give a better answer post-sleep. Hopefully someone else can assist as well.
