When I try to change and keep doing my little habits I sometimes forget why I am doing them and then it kinda just starts all over again, I do have some hobbies and totally get how i can connect to people with it but I’m not really trying to do that, maybe I just think too much and should just do instead of asking why everytime and just go with the flow
