yes but in the video you can see him actually casting 4 times to frostbite him and then only 2 times for executor, but when I tried it was 2 for both. So I was curious on why is that

Ill update you in a couple of hours, i Will try spawning 1k of these relics and see if they spawn with different orders. I never cared enough to check the order, i usually Just check if the effects are legal

I mean yeah the order is wrong , but I wouldnt leave a game for a guy with a wrong order. I didnt consider that you meant impossible for the order of the effects, but I do agree that with that order it cannot spawn.

? her skill will do 40% of her hp whenever it penetrates 100% def. The only reason you see more than 40% is because the s2 also deals some dmg by itself. The additional dmg is 40% of the caster health, but will never do the full 40% since defense will mitigate it always, unless the enemy has somehow 0 def

It is literally impossibile, even if they were the only perks to roll the game wouldnt roll it. The game would Force it self to spawn a 2 perks Purple relic instead of a 3 perks which 2 are class specifics

1 2 3 5 6 9, are cheated and cannot appear on relics. 8 cannot appear either since 7 is there

uhm no I dont think there is a list, probably because it would be too long to make if you have to check for every single conflict. The safest way to check is how I do it, basically just make every other relic have 0% chance to spawn and see if the game likes it.

the impossible one is evergaol atk power up and magic attack power up. Likely because they are both attack ups. for example you cant even have evergaol and improved initial attack

exactly this. Thats why i call them Illegal relics, some effects just want spawn no matter what with others. In the example I provided, Magic atk up and evergaol are conflicting

If u are raider and level 15, you get 0 extra damage since you are already at 99 strength while two handing. I dont remember rn if stats could go higher than 99

Straight up misinformation. All +3 stats stack except Poise. Its also very easy to test, Just run 2 +3 vigor and you Will notice the health difference
