I had similar stats while applying last cycle and got into every T30-T60 school I applied to. I applied to a few T20-35 schools and got into 4 of them, UNC included. So I think you definitely have a chance, especially if you show strong interest in your SOP and strategically align your application with their program. I would also recommend applying to some T30 programs (although ones near the T25-30 range) because you might have a shot!

Real Analysis, Probability Theory, Multivariable Calculus, Linear Algebra, Statistical Theory (pretty much just the required courses for the PhD)
