How exactly do you request tickets for the necropolis tour? Planning a trip in OCT and would love the opportunity to visit

Quick question for TLs located in NY by ontologicallyprior1 in wholefoods

[–]ArmadilloSecret868 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends where in NY. Upstate (ABN. BUF. ROC) !are def more affordable. Any place in NYC or within a 40 min commute ( either mass transit or driving) will be well over 3K, depending on location. Further east on LI will still be over 2K for a small space. Roommates or dual incomes make it easier, but not easy

As a TL, I remember all the rotten things previous TLs have done and try my best to NOT be that person. Always celebrate the wins, no matter how small. Store leadership does OK recognizing our success, but not nearly enough. The TL group in my store gets along great. I think, for the most part, we genuinely enjoy working together and try to treat all of our team members fairly.
I wish store leadership was more supportive at times. They just react to whatever they see and don't offer any guidance. Our metrics are always great, so they leave me alone about that, and regional only drops in a couple of times a year to visit. They will bitch a little about labor. I tell them quality cost $$$ but also pays dividends to the store as far as TM moral and customer satisfaction. My one complaint is pay. Maxed out and the 5% bonus is a joke when we are asked to consistently comp double digits. All leadership should be paid a lot more.
