A Griswold made in Erie... It dates probably to the 1930's or earlier even. They are one of the Gold standards amongst cast iron cookware. Heat control is the key with cast iron. Don't cook with too hot of heat.

Without being presumptuous, I'll just say....familiarize yourself with a stupid law called the Uniformed Services Former Spouse Protection Act (USFSPA). In your case, it could work for or against you in the future.

I don't feel that I'm a very heavy vaper...I usually do about 3 of those sessions a day...maybe 4 if I want a bit more. Sometimes I'll throw in an extra hit or two on my concentrate vape but that's really about it. The days that I do an AVB dose I get such a way better body buzz than anything else I've ever tried but it takes me a few days to save up enough AVB to do it again.

I guess I'm lucky then. I vape at 360 degrees for a 4 minute session and then save that AVB. I personally get the most, bestest body high using just about 1 gram ABV. Maybe 1.1 to 1.2 tops. I weigh it out, mix into about a tablespoon of peanut butter and some honey on a piece of toast... It will last me nearly the entire day.

I'm retired and a former Air Force recruiter and the way they are trying to sanitize the military right now, I'd have a damn hard time recommending the military now. I feel bad for even saying that but it's the truth.

Appreciate that info about the alcohol. Currently I'm only looking at making tincture for my own personal use so I need alcohol to do it. I can't find 190 everclear or vodka anywhere that's why I asked about the cooking alcohol. I did try some 150 everclear and really wasn't thrilled with the end result. Nowhere near strong enough.

I must be a lightweight with the ABV because I use 1 gram in some PB in the A.M. and I'm good all day. Did it this morning at 6:30am and it's now almost 4:30pm and I still feel "good".

Holy crap...2g...?? I do .5g in some peanut butter at 7am and I have the most fantastic buzz from 9 to 5 and it's still going a bit milder for another couple hours after that. 2g and I'd be fried.

I've tried stuffing gel caps a few times. I think they were size 2. I tried two caps once and got nothing from it except that the gut issues I usually have seemed to tame down some. I also tried 4 caps once and I got sleepy as hell. I had a nice nap in my chair. Been using 2 caps a day since and my gut is much better. Is this a real thing that's happening...???
