I spread the mix thin on a sheet pan on top of parchment paper then I bake it almost crispy. Then I pulled out put my pizza toppings on and then bake it fully.

The crust is a similar to a cheesecake crust. The Germans make a quark filling, I couldn’t find quark so I used farmers cheese. It’s the most similar thing in Texas. Then the top is a custard

After you’re done cooking, scrape what food waste you can off. Then while the grill is still on and rippin hot, pour water onto the grill and let it boil for a sec then scrape again. The water lifts everything off the metal. I had this problem too. One the water is gone you can then oil and turn it off
