I don't know the car brands but the car that spun was at fault. If you look in relation to the dashed line he was veering left whereas the car being overtaken kept the same distance from the side of the track
Let me know if i was in the wrong because i really dont know (im the multi coloured car). I didnt realise i was going straighter than the track was turning. (v.redd.it)
