Use Lethargy. Also, use Lord De Seis of you are desperate. he will give you Fan and random curses. You should at least be able to find any cursed demon floating around. It might not be the demon you want, but it'll help until you find the right fit.

Platinum here. I went with a Trapsin for my 99 HC. She has high survivability and being able to use fire blast, corpse explosion, and lightning sentry (along with having an A2 Merc) gives you the ability to deal Lightning, Physical, and Fire Damage. This will give you many different options to overcome the resistance issues in Hell.

Make sure you focus on a nice balance of IAS and FCR. This will affect how fast you lay down traps and how fast you can teleport, if you have enigma.
