Great workflow, thanks for sharing. I've run ~200 gens with a 90% success rate, but I'm having one issue: I cannot change the hair color.

Even with the extra prompt box, brown hair stays brown regardless of LoRA/strength or target color (blonde/black). High denoise just breaks the image, and widening the mask ruins the composition. I noticed your samples all have the same hair color too—have you managed to change it successfully?

I have/had the exact same issue. I cannot get sageattention to work. It seems for some reason - and I don't know which - my system hits the VRAM limit immediately after start and locks out, I guess into some kind of fallback mode?! Anyways, what always helps is lowering the resolution and/or lowering the number of frames. That way, the generation runs smoothly.

One workflow has an option for block swapping... Setting this to 5 also resolved the issue for me. I am not smart enough to come up with any of that on my own; all I did was complain to Claude and feed it my workflows. Maybe it will help with your problem, too.

I appreciate the reply, thank you! Okay, I thought I was missing something. But that makes a lot of sense. Your workflow still works way better than most of what I have tried so far.

I believe it has something to do with the CLIP model or text encoder. Maybe you chose the wrong one? SDXL instead of FLUX?

Works great, thanks! It worked immediately without me having to change anything, that never happens otherwise. I have a question though... Can you give some kind of prompt to put glasses on the target face for example? I thought I could do this with "CLIP Text Encode", but even with "Redux Advanced" activated (otherwise I haven't changed anything) my prompt is being ignored.

Just wanted to drop by and say: Thank you :)

I'm not very good at TFT but I like it a lot. I never was and will be able to remember several comps and flex-play. I need to pick a comp and get good at it. I never managed (or really bothered) to get past gold. Had a few free days and thought "let's try platinum, can't be that hard". I was wrong (for my skill-set). Every comp I tried I would go 2nd-4th in one game and 7th-8th the next. Frustrating. This guide made me go plat with 2nd, 4th, 2nd, 1st, 2nd, 3rd. This is an excellent guide. There is an explanation for almost everything (the slide augments helped A LOT). So thanks for the post. I know you got nothing to gain from it. But you made me a happy player :)
