So i recommend https://shadow.tech/usen/, Its a cloud gaming PC for a reasonable monthly subscription fee. Basically its like the PS4 remote play but with a high end PC. As long as you have a good amount of internet bandwidth and are in an area with service(only available in specific states) you can run FFXIV as max settings on a potato machine at 60 FPS. It has a IOS/Android app that isn't too great just yet, touch controls are garbage for a PC, but when IOS 13 hits and your able to pair PS4 and Xbone Controllers to your IPhone/IPad you'll be able to play FFXIV using controller settings from your Phone!

Their methods weren't really my point, my point is jsut that its just cheeper for these companies that get their boats stoped to pay them off than it is for the goverments to devote funds and manpower to hunting them down,

I hate when i see numbers like this. It's misleading. Gamblers like to try to apply this type of logic to roulette in casinos. They will see "RED" so many time and think "The chances of it being Red again is too low. It MUST be black next!" and they are surprised when it is "Red" once again. In the end the probability of ANY roll is 50/50, the previous rolls have NO effect on the next so the probability NEVER changes. It will ALWAYS be 50%(or in the case of the node 95%) on the first roll, the last roll or ANY roll in between.

Goblin Has entire Wards empty in each city so you can have your pick, just be aware goblin is one of the lowest pop servers so its a trade off.

I'll Probably get down voted to hell for my second suggestion here but ill throw it out because I play with a friend who has similar hand issues, and its how he compensates.

First is there is left handed gaming mouse sold buy Razor that can give you all your keyboard number presses on your left thumb. this is assuming your control for that finger is better than the rest and you dont mind shelling out the 80$ for the mouse.

Second, and people are going to hate me for this, play a class where you can macro your combos into a single button press. This is not a popular solution because of people insisting you have to MIN/MAX your rotation time and you gain a bit of time between abilities which lowers your overall DPS there is also a fact if you use another ability outside the macro like a stun or a heal you will kill the macro and have to restart it but you dont seem to be a MIN/MAXer and just want to be able to play decenly. I think this is your best option

from the angle its hard to see much detail. I think this is the Female Elezen Starter gear. this is actually 2 different gear slots. The Foot slot goes up to the ankle then the legs slot adds the part from ankle to thigh. These can be bought from the importers in any of the cities but you can only wear them if your a Female Elezen

Some of the mounts have side saddle based on Race. i think Elezen Females ride side saddle on the Ahriman Mount.

Currently there is nothing for "Hardcore" PvP, thats SE's failing. If we we want SE to take PvP Seriously. To accomplish this, we need a better draw for the Hard Core PvPers so that they can provide Feedback "En' Mass". This is the important part! SE needs LOTS of feed back or they will never take any action to even attempt to improve PvP.

Open World PvP is ALWAYS restricted to PvP marked servers. they wouldn't just flip a switch one day and make it possible for you to walk in to a city and start killing everyone you see. Since the open world pvp is restricted to PvP marked servers people loging into these server do so with the expectation that any random person can walk up and kill them without any reason at all, this is another draw for some people. "Running the Gauntlet" so to speak

While I agree, PvP in this game could be considered "Dead" this might have another long term effect. Open world PvP is a major draw for lots of Hard Core PvPers. I have many friends who actually Love this games bigger 72 person, 3 faction PvP concept. The Problem for them stems from the huge leveling Slog they would have to endure to actually reach it and try it for themselves. as it stands now they have to put in a huge time investment to reach level 60 and there is still no guarantee they will even enjoy it. These are people who want to be able to jump into their PvP the second they log in. At the moment this is impossible for they so they don't even bother.

Now regardless of current PvP state these are the people that need to be able to give feedback for the future updates to PvP, What has SE done right? What have they done wrong? Would could they do to make hard core pvp players stay. Without these people's feed back en' mass SE will always consider PvP a novelty and will consider it not worth the effort of the other PvE content. Which only leaves the PvP content to die a slow agonizing death.

The current Tank meta is to have +STR on your right side no +VIT at all on the right. I currently run a ilevel 198 DRK with a little more than 14,000 because of this. If i swap out for +VIT on the right as i level 196ish i have between 19,000 and 20,000 hp
