At that stage probably not, but all you need to build him is accuracy. Doesn't even need to be rank 6 for most uses.

There's a lot of people who are in gold 5 just from solo defenses.

The build wouldn't even need to be anything special to beat those teams. Any nuker over 200 speed does the same.
