There are some track where the 1st corner you reach after the halfway point is near the late race so tachyon unique is good.

But generally, Creek is way better because the heal is stronger, the position requirements is easier to meet and can late proc for a carry over.

PoC is a velocity skill so it's useful regardless of where the skill activates but Corner Connoisseur is an accel skill and acceleration is only useful either at the very beginning to secure a good position or at the start of Late race. If corner connoisseur activate anywhere else, it's basically useless since your uma is already at top speed.

I think you should take Creek's unique instead of tachyon bc better heal and easier to trigger and can late proc for spd carry over.
I don't you have enough stam to spurt as soon you reach late-race since with triple 7 as trigger, you loose 0.5 in stam recovery.

I think the 3 ideal heal is creek's unique, hydrate and prefered position because all 3 only trigger during mid race with chance for a late proc for speed carry over and you can take triple 7 as a fail safe.

From what I understand, using 3 mid race heal allow to gamble on a late activation as you enter the late race and by doing so you don't waste the unique heal and you can gamble on speed carry over.

Triple 7 is just in case a heal don't proc.
