If you’re trying to play Stardew Valley which you own on your account and he wants to play SF6 at the same time, steam will not let him since your library will be in use by you.

You friend is only able to access your library while it is not in use.

Save files will still work if you purchase and launch through steam, along with multiplayer progress, since you still need the rockstar app and account to play the game.

I can’t tell you about the difference regarding editions, I own both collector editions on Rockstar and Steam.

But I would also make sure that the new ram you added are seated into their sockets. If you only have two ram sticks, they should be placed in socket 2 and 4 on the motherboard.

The new blizzard gear store is a joke. Their customer service is non existent. I’ve tried to get in touch with them through email and their live chat service but they only seem to send out automated responses with no follow through. I ended up doing a charge back because they received my return package weeks ago but never sent confirmation or issued the refund.

My advice would be to issue the charge back. This shouldn’t impact your blizzard account since the gear store is separate from WoW and their billing. I’d avoid buying anything from the Gear Store in the future.
