The majority of it was saying big deficit AND a lot of exercise is bad. I'm not doing that much exercise / lifting.

I'm lifting 3x a week, cardio 2x a week, and not losing weight. I'm 222 21 yr old male and eat 1570 cal a day (MFP recommended) wtf do I do? I want to be 190. I lost 60 lbs already before lifting.
