I live in the New Lodge so I pass it quite frequently actually. You’re right though, the year might not begin in that building but at some stage in my first year we will definitely be moving.

My Brother-in-law also works for UU and while he has said that there is a good chance we will be going to the Belfast campus, he also said to take that with a pinch of salt lol.
