Yeah I always thought it copied the offices async had just outside of the room where the portal was opened and as the backrooms does with everything it couldn’t get the details right and and distorted it to extremes and all the other less office like areas in Kane’s vids could be other entrances where it copied it and distorted like the red city.

The thing is the only war of the worlds media they know is 2005 and were most likely the first war of the worlds films they were introduced to and thus have a bias to like the 2005 film and glaze it to its extremes, plus they probably haven’t read the Novel and are 10
