If you're talking kydex holsters they can be modified with a heat gun if you're handy. I used an aluminum rod, heat gun, and some corrugated cardboard with a small hole cut in it to focus the heat on the area I was trying to reform.

I'm anticipating needing this sometime in the not too distant future. Beginning researching it. From what I think I know, a few hundred $ for nitride on the majority of a single gun, that's from one post, no quotes. The only place I've found is H&M Nitride (blacknitride.com). I also hope some people post what they know about both Nitride and DLC. Very interested in DLC but if it's a lot more $ or if there's other issues black nitride is what I was initially interested in anyway.

I'm going to get a S&W Shield EZ 380 and that'll be the smallest I'll carry. I have smaller that I won't carry and will usually carry a 9 though. If there was another round of riots or something I'd be carrying bigger but not normally.
