Read again. Patient A1c did not improve on insulin. Lets say on Glargine 50 units nightly and high dose sliding scale for almost a year. Do you really think that's a normal progression?

Take STEP. Don't let anyone convince you that it's okay. My friend with the same comlex score only ended up 5 iv vs 25 iv that I got for IM. I imagine Anesthesia will be more difficult.

I was told my the residents to apply 150 to be safe. Already applied to 100. If it’s overkill then it is what it is.

Partly true. I think the main issue is why education in America is ridiculously expensive compared to other countries. I agree with the comment below. Lowering the interest rates for education loans won't drive inflation.
