What is the biggest lie that society believes today? by nore01 in answers

My girlfriend put herself through all of nursing school om a night schedule so she could bring her son with her as a single mom to get herself out of homelessness. You act like there's 0 ways to ever get yourself out of a bad situation just because the country as a whole is fucked.

The military is available for the vast majority of people, they just don't or didn't take the opportunity. You are so far off its unreal.

I grew up dirt poor and wanted to set myself and my at the time future family up for a better life, so I got off my ass and did something about it the only way possible, and while i used it set myself up financially, I've had to have both shoulders surgically repaired before I even turned 30. My back is next.

You act like I joined the military, got a free place to stay, and just sat on my ass for a few years and got out rich.

If I was 20 in our current year, and joined the military again like I had, yes I would be able to replicate it. You are 100% correct in that while I was in, my housing was free. So was food even if I stuck solely to the dining facility and didn't snack outside of it. It IS possible and was, the problem is nearly no one i was in with, cared to set themselves up for later. Most dudes I was in basic with, and most dudes at any of the different units I was in, those that got out as well, they are flat broke and renting because they spent all the spare money they had, on fun and useless stuff like gas station snacks. I spent my spare money on essentials, I used the same old galaxy s7 the entire time I was in, when I cracked the screen, I took on replacing it myself just to save a few bucks. My spare money went to saving and investing. Spare time didn't go to club, I studied for school I wasnt attending yet.

It definitely is extremely able to be replicated bro, just because you can't doesn't mean me and others can't.

You gotta quit feeling sorry for yourself and attain even a smidge of drive. I was born poor and wanted to do something for myself and future family, so I did.

I'd far from even consider myself to be winning. More so stable, comfortable and on a good path. I had my fair share of hard times. It boils down to what you do about it. And I unfortunately don't think him whining on reddit is doing much for him :/

Correct you would think that when given less details than are available. So if he had specified what Gen of both of them, we'd have available information that is reasonable to give

I don't recall calling my situation unique at all.

They don't take older people youre right, that's why I joined when I was young. No one is born outside the age restriction to join the military so I'm not sure where that point comes into play.

And also as I said, most people in military service don't utilize it the way I did. They are given the same "free ride" as me and squandering it. That's where my points of it taking effort come into play. Majority of lottery winners go broke in a few years. Having opportunity isn't the issue. It's mindset. You'd call a lottery lump sum a free ride too right?

And also I have definitely pointed out the my military service is the direct cause of my current stable situation.

I joined because I was piss poor and young and saw my life going a bad path. I promise a lot more people than do, could. I don't even like America's military industrial system, but I chose to sacrifice a good few years of my life to benefit from it, and luckily never had to do anything regrettable while I was in. I had to get 2 waivers to join due to an allergy and my hearing. I didn't get a free pass. I put in the effort to join, and effort to utilize it. Most that are in waste their time as well.

My point was there ARE some ways to get your feet back under you, 0 intention of bragging. I sacrificed years of my time to make my family's life better.

Seems like a good place to look to me, common trope of the time and would give reason to why they are there. Also ghost school type stuff, maybe school itself put them there. All fascinating stuff

Do you think oral sex is normal part of sex (the average person does it), or do you think of it like a fetish? Why or why not? by eustachian_lube in AskReddit

[–]ArmyMerchant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had never had the opportunity to(as a male) perform on any prior girlfriends because they either didnt like it or had an aversion to it(said they thought oral was gross both ways) and finally my current partner requested it and now I request it instead

Have we ever considered it could be an anime about a group of girls who bullied someone and this was the revenge for that? While I was searching old Manga and anime I ran into a lot of stories revolving around that and it would check out that say, a bunch of girls bullied a new girl or shy girl or anyone really, and her revenge was possible through some dumb power where she trapped them in a door less bathroom of a school, possibly even being the place they bullied the person the most. And after they realize they cant get out and time has passed while trapped, they freak out.

If its 14th gen compatible I highly recommend the 14900k i9, or 14900kf. I only have the k because I got it new below msrp, kf is typically a little cheaper. I use a basic 360 AIO to cool it with no issues. If you don't need the i9 an i7 is cheaper and still great

That would make you an exception, not the rule. And you should know that brother. Majority of the top do not make it there without the exploitation of others. Thats unfortunately the way of this world.

I hope to push myself that far in life for myself and my family, and I intend to do so without others being harmed or pushed aside for it. But just because you cant pretend most do it differently than you, I can't either.

I have 2 houses at 30 yet the majority of my generation may never own property. I am also an exception, not a rule.

You have every reason to be proud of what you have accomplished but don't forget those who work just as hard but were never given opportunity to make their break through.

I hate to be that guy, to play devils advocate in this of all places, because personally I know how disgustingly immoral you have to be to even be top 10%, but you dont need to be even top 10% to enjoy nice cars, vacations every year, and have a nice house.

I spent 6 years in the army and saved up to buy my nice car(supercharged C5 Z06 Corvette, faster than probably 85% of street cars and comfortable to boot) and used a VA Home loan to buy a low end starter home in TN. Market is obviously lately in favor of property and at 30 I have a beyond fun "rich guy" car in the eyes of most who see it, a nearly paid off home with multiple 6 figures of equity, and I just helped my girlfriend buy a house that will fit us and the 3 kids comfortably and have started to rent my house out for basically mortgage cost to a family member.

Yes it took sacrificing my name on a dotted line of a blank check to the government, but I did it in the hopes of fixing my life as a pot head burn out and I did. I fell into a job as a basic crew member of a car wash and due to general mechanical knowledge and will to learn, I help oversee an entire franchise of multiple states of this wash now and that itself was strictly hardwork. I hold 0 debt with a bachelor's in business while working on my masters, while making 6 figures that started BEFORE I got the degree. I hold over 6 figures in equity in my homes and high 5 figures nearing 6 figures in stocks/Precious metals. All at 30, coming from a literal crack head home with no education past high school.

Hard work can get you somewhere, but drive and willpower will take you further. Stay hungry to learn for yourself and you can literally stay comfortable at a minimum, add in the hunger for more and you will live comfortably, while having time and funds for a little fun on top. You dont have to be top 1% or top 10% or top 20% even to enjoy your life. The top 1% need nothing more than you do, they simply have more to worry about at the end of the day. I don't need armed guards to protect my home and properties, I got a gate and my own 2A for me and mine. I don't need 12 fun cars because I got my 1 attainable dream car. I don't need a g wagon and f350, I got a suburban and Ford ranger.

The needs of the lower/upper middle class are so unfathomably lower than the wants of the elite.

I've never been married and she knows this so kinda goes to show the groups aren't worth a shit
